Stylist Levels & Expertise
Apprentice
An Apprentice has trained under our lead stylist for at least a year, gaining hands-on experience and learning essential techniques. While they are capable of performing certain services independently, they still benefit from guidance and support to ensure optimal results.
Level 1 Stylist
A Level 1 Stylist has at least two years of experience and has built confidence in providing a variety of services. They have a strong understanding of advanced techniques and products, allowing them to deliver quality results. While they work at a steady pace to ensure precision, they occasionally seek guidance as they continue refining their skills and efficiency.
Level 2 Stylist
A Level 2 Stylist handles complex services with confidence and precision. They possess advanced expertise in all services and demonstrate a high level of skill and efficiency. Their extensive experience allows them to tackle challenging requests with ease.
Level 3 Stylist
A Level 3 Stylist is a seasoned professional with over five years of experience, excelling in every service they offer. Their advanced skills and in-depth knowledge ensure top-notch results, from intricate color transformations to flawless cuts and styles. In addition to their technical expertise, Level 3 Stylists take on a leadership role within the salon, mentoring and training lower-level stylists to elevate their skills. BARELY REAL
Our Barely Real package is perfect for those who want to maintain their current length while adding fullness or for those with shorter hair looking to enhance thickness. This package includes 100 grams of hair with a single row installation, expert color matching for a seamless blend, a customized haircut to ensure a natural look, and professional styling for the perfect finish.
MANE REVEAL
Our best-selling Mane Reveal package is the perfect choice if you're unsure which option suits you best. Ideal for those with medium length hair and less density, this package includes 200 grams of hair with a two row installation for added volume and length. You'll also receive expert color matching for a seamless blend, a customized haircut for a natural look, and professional styling for the perfect finish.
ULTIMATE ILLUSION
Our Ultimate Illusion package is perfect for those with thick, dense hair who want added length, those with short, dense hair looking to extend their length, or anyone wanting extra thickness and length. This package includes 300 grams of hair with a three-row installation or a combination of two mini rows and two regular rows. For a more solid finish at the ends, we recommend booking under a Platinum Card. Achieving the lightest shade with this service requires a double process in the same day, resulting in a higher cost and extended appointment time.

The Peek-a-Boo Pieces service adds a touch of surprise and contrast with 6-8 strategically placed 1-inch sections of color. In contrast, a Full Blonde Service covers all of the hair, as well as going lighter and changing the style of your hair, which involves more time and product to achieve a complete transformation.
Red Copper Highlights or Balayage adds vibrant red and copper tones through strategic placement of highlights or a gradual balayage effect. When you book a haircut with us, you'll start with a relaxing wash using our premium R+Co products, customized for your hair. We then have a detailed consultation to choose the perfect style and provide advice. Following the consultation, we proceed with your haircut and finish with a blowout using rollers to ensure a sleek, voluminous look.
The additional cost reflects the extra time required for the application and the increased amount of product used. Each service includes a set amount of product; if your hair requires more, we charge $20 for each additional bowl of color or lightener. This ensures you only pay for the exact amount of product needed to achieve your desired results while keeping costs fair and transparent.
